In short

This function is only intended for experienced users, as the selected HTML block is completely replaced by the modified block. This can impair click listeners and other web functionalities. Instead, we recommend the use of Add HTML or Add JS.

With the Edit HTML function, you have the option of editing or deleting the HTML code of your website directly.

It is not possible to add HTML outside the selected HTML area.
